Based on service orders that are recorded in relation to the system for unplanned or planned maintenance, you can report back the items used and the time required for each service order via your mobile device. We support both iOS and Android operating systems for mobile devices.

In addition, each individual technician has the option of mapping the spare parts they carry in the vehicle as stock. The stock is then visible at all times for the scheduling of spare parts and is the decisive factor for the spare parts ordering process.

The advantage of this solution is that the scheduling department has the stock of spare parts available in the system at all times. This means that the stock of spare parts can be reduced to a minimum.

In addition to the spare parts, the working times are reported back to the service order by the technician via the mobile device. Depending on the contract, this can be charged to the customer. In addition to billing, the recorded working times serve as an indication for the technician's scheduling.

The advantages of the integrated mobile solution are obvious:
