Klippa App B.V. has been added to the list of subcontractors used in Continia solutions.

Customers who have already consented to Continia's Data Processing Agreement (DPA) via the Continia Core module must give their consent again.

What should customers do now?
Customers automatically receive a request in NAV/BC to accept the new Data Processing Agreement. To do this, you must read the conditions and, if you agree, click on "Accept". If this message is ignored or clicked away, consent can also be given at any time in "Continia Solution Management" in NAV/BC.
However, if the notification is ignored, the solution will be deactivated after 30 days. In this case, the solution can be reactivated via Continia Solution Management by accepting the conditions. Any outstanding transactions will be processed immediately afterwards.
