Pricing in NAV 2016 - We have the solution

Do you know the case where, for example, a quotation contains different prices depending on the customer, article or a combination of both? Do you know the case where you determine the prices using Excel, for example, and then transfer them manually to the quotation in NAV 2016?

If so, we have the solution for automated pricing in NAV 2016 for you. Based on condition records that are dependent on the customer or article, you can calculate a price in NAV 2016 for each quotation line. You can add surcharges and discounts either automatically or manually.

The user can therefore automatically calculate the prices per customer and article or a combination in NAV 2016 and change the result manually before saving. This eliminates the need to calculate sales prices outside the system. The advantage is the traceability of pricing and therefore greater transparency.

It is also possible to store a release for discounts granted. With the new workflow technology, value limits are checked and the stored authorized person is asked for approval if the value falls below the limits.

The stored condition records can be changed according to requirements and period.
