As of December 31, 2017, the mailing format and the previous accounting format (ASCII) will be discontinued. The old interface formats can no longer be processed in the DATEV accounting programs from 2018, meaning that a changeover to the current formats "DATEV format" or "ASCII format" will be necessary.
Here is an overview of some of the improvements to the new formats:
- The "DATEV format" and the current "ASCII format" (from version 5.1 / January 2016) for posting batches have been extended by a fixed write indicator (GoBD).
- You now have 60 characters available for the "Posting text" field in "DATEV format" (instead of the previous 30 characters in postal dispatch format).
- In the address fields for personal accounts, it is now possible to differentiate between "natural person" and "company/association".
- Circumstances according to § 13 b UStG are supported.
If you do not need the interface for DATEV, but for Agenda software, for example, then the "KNE format" can still be exported.
We have the new interface format "DATEV format" and can upgrade your interfaces in Microsoft Dynamics NAV to the new version.
