With the eBANF App you can expand Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central with a powerful tool for the electronic processing of purchase requisitions (BANFs). The app digitizes your entire procurement process - including approval procedures - and thus ensures maximum efficiency, clear structures and full transparency in the requisition process.

All technical and commercial processes can be seamlessly integrated into your existing ERP environment. The eBANF app offers you automated control of BANF processes based on classifications such as Cost center, Cost unit or Authorizer - precisely tailored to your organizational structure.

Flexible and scalable approval process

The eBANF app allows you to adapt approval processes precisely to your internal guidelines. Using configurable workflows, you define who decides on which request and when - graded by amount, department or other criteria.

A typical example: purchase requisitions up to €5,000 are approved by the accounting manager, while higher amounts require the approval of the CFO. Different approval levels can be combined as required, even by department or product line. This allows you to organize approvals flexibly, comprehensibly and efficiently - without any paper.

How the eBANF app works in practice

The use of the eBANF app follows a structured, clearly comprehensible process:

An employee enters a purchase requisition directly in the system. Depending on the organizational structure, a corresponding approval workflow is started automatically - single-stage or multi-stage.

Approval takes place either sequentially or in parallel by defined persons. After successful approval, the purchasing department can convert the BANF into an order with just a few clicks. The requester is automatically informed of all steps - including final approval. The entire process is fully documented and can be viewed transparently at any time.
