Continia has released new versions of its add-on solutions "Document Capture", "Document Output" and "Expense Management".

These support all Business Central on-premises and fob-based installations and are available for download.

We give you an overview of the most important innovations and improvements.

Document Capture

With the end-to-end solution for a consistent and digital invoice workflow, manual registration and entry of incoming documents is no longer necessary. Purchase invoices and credit notes can be imported, registered, approved and archived.

The new version also saves you time. With the new "Direct upgrade to Document Capture 2021 R2" feature, updating Document Capture is done in just a few steps.

Document Output 

This workflow provides you with an overview of all documents sent with a complete log of emails, printouts and electronic documents. This allows you to maintain an overview, regardless of whether your customers want to receive documents such as invoices, credit notes or reminders as a physical document, by email or in an electronic format such as XML.

The new version allows signatures and templates to be set up more flexibly. For example, signatures can be set up centrally and for specific time periods. It is also possible to configure the respective templates with multiple user and "campaign" signatures.

Expense Management

Expense Management helps you to reconcile receipts with cash and credit card expenses. Business-related expenses and travel activities are easily recorded and can also be tracked in real time via the Continia Expense app and web portal.

The new version provides the new feature "Pre-approval of Settlement", with which settlements can be marked for pre-approval. The trip can be booked after approval and within the approved price range. A final check can be carried out after the booking has been completed.
