CKL has released new functions for the add-on solution "Cost and Performance Accounting".
We give you an overview and present the most important innovations and improvements.
- With the "Cost accounting accounting periods" function, periodic activities can be carried out independently of the accounting periods of financial accounting. This is also possible, for example, on a quarterly basis instead of monthly.

By 'DrillDown' on the allocation amount, all existing allocation items of the respective allocation and period are displayed. The amounts that have been allocated in the past and to which accounts/dimensions they have been posted can be checked more quickly.

- When printing a totals line defined in the cost account scheme, the underlying accounts can be printed separately. This allows the individual items of a total to be identified in the account statement. Only accounts for which amounts or transactions exist in the selected period are printed.
- It is possible to check the multiple entry of cost elements/cost unit accounts in the cost account scheme. It is also possible to check accounts that have already been blocked and whether accounts have been taken into account. Errors can be detected more quickly, even with large, complex reports.
The new functions of the add-on are available for NAV versions 2016, 2017, 2018 as well as for Business Central 14 CAL and from Business Central 15 upwards.
The add-on solution can be seamlessly implemented in your Microsoft Dynamics NAV/365 Business Central system.
