CKL: New version 4.07 "Continia - Document Capture"

CKL has recently released the new version of "Document Capture". "Continia - Document Capture" is a 100% solution integrated into Dynamics NAV that supports customers in digital document processing. With this module you can, among other things, quickly and easily capture, process and approve new incoming invoices in Dynamics NAV automatically.

CKL has also provided the documents and demo guides for "Continia - Document Capture" in German.

The new version brings further interesting new features as well as optimizations of existing functionalities.

  • Flexible setup of authorizations on accounts (replacement of web user lists)
  • Configurable cause code (e.g. when rejecting or waiting)
  • NAV Web Client capability for NAV 2016/2017 - "Document Capture" can now be fully operated in the Web Client
  • Optimization of automatic distribution for client recognition and better handling of documents that could not be assigned to a client
  • Optimized order/order allocation
  • Attachments added to the NAV document are also displayed in the web portal archive
  • License check before code execution (no Continia code is executed as long as no Continia granule has been added to the customer license)
  • French localization
  • Checking the document amount before posting - before posting, the system checks whether the released amount corresponds to the amount with which the document is to be posted
  • Checking the dimensions in the approval process
  • Optimized display of the setup cards - only the fields that are necessary for a specific selection are displayed
  • The display of the template fields has been made more user-friendly
  • Manual deletion / addition of lines from the "Line recognition" is possible
  • More detailed feedback when assigning to purchase orders and orders
  • Invoice rounding precision can be set up

Simply register in the Customer portal with your access data and go to the "Document Capture" folder under "Products". There you can download the corresponding files and version.
