Important for Dynamics customers: New names for the customer service plans for Microsoft Dynamics
Business Ready Enhancement Plan (BREP) becomes Enhancement Plan (EH)
The official names for the Microsoft Dynamics service plans were changed on April 1, 2015: The name component "Business Ready" was removed from all designations to reflect the further developments in our license models and to standardize the designations.
The new international service plan designations are as follows:
- Enhancement Plan
- Advantage Plan (Note: not available in Germany)
- Advantage Plus Plan (Note: not available in Germany)
Please note that this change only involves new names for the service plans. The contents and services of the plans have not been changed!
In this context, the German-speaking Information guide for customers and the FAQ documents has been revised for customers and partners.
