Infobox area<\/h2>\n

In almost all views you will find a small info box symbol at the top right, which you can use to select the Infobox area<\/strong> can be displayed. Depending on the area, you will find Further information<\/strong>. For example, information on current offers, invoices and credit notes is displayed in the Accounts receivable area.<\/p>\n

Focus mode<\/h2>\n

The focus mode gives you the option, especially when editing Lists<\/strong>the Overview <\/strong>to keep. As a result stretches <\/strong>the element you are editing covers the entire screen from<\/strong>. You can change the focus area using a small Window symbol <\/strong>on the right-hand side. This makes it much easier to manage user group memberships, for example.<\/p>\n

Management of multiple master data<\/h2>\n

A further simplification when working with lists is the Selecting multiple master data<\/strong> all at once. So if, for example, when editing Debtors<\/strong> one List <\/strong>with master data in front of you, simply click on the Three points menu<\/strong> and click Select more<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n

This will display a field where you can click Click <\/strong>to select several debtors. You can then click on \"Debtor\" <\/strong><\/em>in the action bar, for example, carry out approvals. It is not possible to process several debtors at once. Alternatively, you can also process several customers with the Keyboard <\/strong>by selecting Shift<\/strong><\/em> and press and hold the Arrow keys<\/strong> <\/em>to navigate up or down.<\/p>\n
