Continia develops add-ons for Microsoft Dynamics NAV & Dynamics 365 Business Central <\/a>for more effective handling of administrative processes, such as automated invoice processing (OCR scan, approval workflows, etc.) or travel expense accounting (management of business expenses).<\/p>\n

Continia Document Capture is a comprehensive end-to-end solution for Microsoft Dynamics that enables all types of document capture. Documents scanned<\/strong>, OCR data<\/strong> can be extracted, registered and archived. This allows you to accelerate and automate every step of document processing - from receipt and input of a document to approval and publication.<\/p>\n

We have compiled the most important features for you here<\/h2>\n

Automated data acquisition<\/h3>\n

PDF files are automatically downloaded from specified e-mail addresses and processed using OCR technology without the user having to intervene. Paper documents are scanned and processed in the same way.<\/p>\n

All important information on the document is determined and automatically transferred to the corresponding fields in Microsoft Dynamics NAV.<\/p>\n

Processing and managing invoices<\/h3>\n

The processing and management of invoices is simplified with a number of new functions: automatic supplier recognition, document overview, incoming messages and much more.<\/p>\n

Invoices can be automatically compared with existing orders or receipts via a three-way reconciliation, then approved and entered.<\/p>\n

Approval procedure<\/h3>\n

Invoices are approved either directly in Microsoft Dynamics NAV or via the web browser. You can display the original invoice and then either accept it, reject it, put it on hold or forward it for checking.<\/p>\n

Document access<\/h3>\n

Document Capture has a digital archive that contains all PDF files and scanned documents, which you can easily access in Microsoft Dynamics NAV. As the archive is fully cataloged, you can also search for texts, e.g. reference numbers or serial numbers, in the documents, even if they have not been transferred to Microsoft Dynamics NAV.<\/p>\n
