{"id":6220,"date":"2021-02-22T12:26:49","date_gmt":"2021-02-22T12:26:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/navision-beratung.de\/?p=6220"},"modified":"2021-02-22T12:26:49","modified_gmt":"2021-02-22T12:26:49","slug":"how-to-belegversand-per-e-mail","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/navision-beratung.de\/en\/how-to-belegversand-per-e-mail\/","title":{"rendered":"How-to: Sending receipts by e-mail in Dynamics 365 Business Central"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>To simplify processes in the area of finance and accounting, Dynamics 365 Business Central offers the function of sending invoices and credit notes electronically in PEPPOL format.<\/p>\n<p>An already configured document exchange service is included in Business Central and can be set up for your client.<\/p>\n<p>A sales invoice in PEPPOL format is sent via the \"Post and send\" dialog box under \"Electronic receipt\".<\/p>\n<p>You can also maintain the customer's standard document sending profile here after setting up the following master data:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Client data<\/li>\n<li>Debtors<\/li>\n<li>Article<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The e-mail address to which the receipt is to be sent via PDF is maintained in the customer master data.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to send an electronic sales invoice: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Create a new sales invoice.<\/li>\n<li>Select the \"Post and send\" action for the billable sales invoice.
