It includes a package with purchasing and sales documents and the reports frequently required in day-to-day business, such as quotation forms, order confirmations, purchase orders or reminders. Payment slips, packing slips and labels can also be created and customized with Reports ForNAV Designer.<\/p>\n<p>Compared to the Microsoft standard tool, you will be able to generate the documents you need many times faster and more easily according to your requirements.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>essential functions<\/strong> have been excerpted here:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Simple creation of new reports<\/strong> from templates and other helpful tools to increase your productivity.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Barcode\/QR code<\/strong>The fonts for standard barcodes do not have to be installed for every user.<\/li>\n<li>Conversion and adaptation of <strong>RDLC reports<\/strong> possible.<\/li>\n<li>Thanks to a unique \"Master Section Technology <strong>Documents controlled via a master document <\/strong>and adjustments only have to be made in one place.<\/li>\n<li>The reports are executed <strong>performant<\/strong>therefore no export of the dataset is necessary.<\/li>\n<li>All fields in a <strong>Dataset<\/strong> database table are automatically available in the ForNAV Designer and do not need to be defined separately as a column.<\/li>\n<li>When setting up the documents, each field and flow field can be <strong>Drag &amp; Drop<\/strong> be copied into the document.<\/li>\n<li>One <strong>Repetition of headers and footers<\/strong> is possible on several pages.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Document preview with live data <\/strong>possible.<\/li>\n<li>In the report designer it says<strong> JavaScript <\/strong>available.<\/li>\n<li>One <strong>Extended PDF functionality<\/strong> (\"Bullzip\" license) is supplied free of charge.<\/li>\n<li>The defined in Dynamics NAV <strong>Address formatting<\/strong> is taken into account.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Microsoft Word, Excel and XML output<\/strong> are supported.<\/li>\n<li>By using vector graphics instead of bitmaps, the <strong>Quality of your logos and images<\/strong> is not impaired at high resolutions.<\/li>\n<li>User-defined <strong>Watermark<\/strong> can easily be stored in the documents.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Automatic line break<\/strong>i.e. correct word division.<\/li>\n<li><strong>AutoFit function: <\/strong>If a text does not fit into a field, the size is automatically adjusted.<\/li>\n<li>No overlapping of<strong> TextBoxes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cross sections function<\/strong>Borders around header or body are possible.<\/li>\n<li>The field <strong>Client currency<\/strong> is automatically linked to the <strong>Currency code<\/strong> of the respective client.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Reports ForNAV Designer is compatible with all Dynamics NAV versions from NAV 2013.
