One particular highlight is the deep integration of Office 365. An add-in allows you to access data from Dynamics NAV directly in Outlook without having to switch back and forth between the two systems.<\/p>\n<h2>Your advantages at a glance:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>View emails from business partners in Outlook and simultaneously see contextual data from Dynamics NAV without leaving Outlook<\/li>\n<li>Connect Outlook appointments in your calendar with data records from Dynamics NAV<\/li>\n<li>Transfer e-mail attachments (e.g. PDF invoices) directly to the \"Incoming documents\" function in Dynamics NAV and perform OCR text recognition to convert the files into machine-readable formats and automatically enter them into Dynamic NAV<\/li>\n<li>Synchronize the Dynamics NAV contact list with Office 365<\/li>\n<li>Integrate Power BI evaluations directly into a role center in Dynamics NAV without having to leave the ERP system<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Dynamics NAV includes the following two add-ins for Outlook:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Contact Insights - Contact information<br \/>\n<\/strong>Within e-mails, Outlook appointments or meetings, this add-in allows you to call up additional extensive information on the customer or vendor.
