With this module you can, among other things, quickly and easily capture, process and approve new incoming invoices in Dynamics NAV automatically.<\/p>\n<p>CKL has also provided the documents and demo guides for \"Continia - Document Capture\" in German.<\/p>\n<p>The new version brings further interesting new features as well as optimizations of existing functionalities.<\/p>\n<h2>You can find an overview of the improvements here:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>4-eyes approval procedure<\/li>\n<li>Cross-client user administration<\/li>\n<li>Configurable amount distribution<\/li>\n<li>Flexible setup of authorizations on accounts (replacement of web user lists)<\/li>\n<li>Configurable cause code (e.g. when rejecting or waiting)<\/li>\n<li>NAV Web Client capability for NAV 2016\/2017 - \"Document Capture\" can now be fully operated in the Web Client<\/li>\n<li>Optimization of automatic distribution for client recognition and better handling of documents that could not be assigned to a client<\/li>\n<li>Optimized order\/order allocation<\/li>\n<li>Attachments added to the NAV document are also displayed in the web portal archive<\/li>\n<li>License check before code execution (no Continia code is executed as long as no Continia granule has been added to the customer license)<\/li>\n<li>French localization<\/li>\n<li>Checking the document amount before posting - before posting, the system checks whether the released amount corresponds to the amount with which the document is to be posted<\/li>\n<li>Checking the dimensions in the approval process<\/li>\n<li>Optimized display of the setup cards - only the fields that are necessary for a specific selection are displayed<\/li>\n<li>The display of the template fields has been made more user-friendly<\/li>\n<li>Manual deletion \/ addition of lines from the \"Line recognition\" is possible<\/li>\n<li>More detailed feedback when assigning to purchase orders and orders<\/li>\n<li>Invoice rounding precision can be set up<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Simply register in the <a href=\"http:\/\/cklsoftwaregmbh.cmail20.com\/t\/t-l-klhuod-tjdtjthjk-z\/\">Customer portal<\/a> with your access data and go to the \"Document Capture\" folder under \"Products\".
