My professional path led me from international sales in the technical industry to the world of modern business software. The transition between these two worlds has shown me how important it is to connect technology with the needs of people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Through my many years of experience in sales, I know what it takes to introduce new solutions: understanding processes, accurately capturing requirements, and jointly creating lasting added value. It is particularly important to me that we work in an open and collaborative way \u2013 both with our customers and within the bartolome r\u00f6der AG team.
