AI is no longer just a buzzword \u2013 it is becoming a crucial factor in productivity. This is exactly what was demonstrated at the latest event of the IAMCP German Chapter e.V. as part of re:sharp 2026, in which one of our employees participated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Practical presentations from partner companies and Microsoft representatives focused on the use of artificial intelligence. In smaller business circles, topics such as agentic AI (including in sales and marketing), customer zero, and concrete use cases for AI agents with Microsoft Copilot were intensively discussed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A key conclusion of the event:
The shortage of skilled IT workers will not completely disappear \u2013 however, AI agents can significantly help alleviate it and position companies for the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The open and honest discussions held on an equal footing with customers, partners, and Microsoft were particularly valuable, as was the personal exchange with our CSP partner TD SYNNEX, which was present locally with its own stand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
These formats demonstrate how important exchange, practical application, and strong partnerships are in order to embed AI meaningfully and sustainably in companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
