These adjustments are part of the strategic development towards a consistent cloud-first orientation and also affect existing on-premise license models.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What will change in detail?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Microsoft Enhancement Plan (EP):<\/strong><br>From October 1, 2025, the annual maintenance fee for on-premise licenses will be reduced from the current <strong>19 % to 20 %<\/strong> of the license value. This increase applies both to renewals of existing maintenance contracts and to new contracts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note:&nbsp;<\/strong>Customers who renew their Enhancement Plan before October 1, 2025 and opt for a three-year contract are guaranteed the current conditions for the entire term of the contract. In the case of multi-year plans, the agreed conditions remain in place for the entire term - however, early termination is excluded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Microsoft Enhancement Plan guarantees regular updates of your Dynamics NAV or Business Central solution. This keeps your systems technically up-to-date and protects your investments in the long term.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The prices for on-premises products will be adjusted by approx. 10 % compared to the current conditions as of October 1, 2025.
