This is where our <strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">eDoc<\/strong> <strong>App <\/strong>a module specially developed for Microsoft Business Central or Dynamics NAV, which enables you to seamlessly integrate your electronic documents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The following article provides a detailed explanation of our eDoc app. To make it easier for you to get started with and use eDoc and to address any queries that may arise, we will also be offering you a <a class=\"cc-1rn59kg\" title=\"https:\/\/navision-beratung.de\/webinar-zum-e-doc-module-am-10-12-2024\/\" data-testid=\"link-with-safety\" data-renderer-mark=\"true\" href=\"https:\/\/navision-beratung.de\/en\/webinar-zum-e-doc-module-am-10-12-2024\/\"><strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">Live webinar<\/strong><\/a> on. Here we will present all the functions and benefits directly in the application. We look forward to your participation!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Funktionen\">Functions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The eDoc app offers a variety of powerful functions that optimize the entire process of sending and receiving invoices, from automated processing to individual customization options and flexible transmission channels:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list ak-ul\">\n<li><p data-renderer-start-pos=\"1065\"><strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">Service and sales documents<\/strong>Sending and receiving electronic invoices and credit notes, both inbound and outbound.<\/p><br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p data-renderer-start-pos=\"1199\"><strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">Automated document import<\/strong>Documents are automatically read in from an import folder. OCR text recognition or scanning processes are not required.<\/p><br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p data-renderer-start-pos=\"1355\"><strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">Automated incoming invoice processing<\/strong>Incoming invoices are initially pre-entered as intermediate invoices and can be checked and supplemented before posting. An automatic comparison with previous documents such as orders or delivery bills ensures that the information is correct.<\/p><br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p data-renderer-start-pos=\"1662\"><strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">Flexibility in field assignment<\/strong>Customer-specific fields can be mapped without restriction, while the generic mapping enables simple adjustment of the field assignment directly in Business Central.<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p data-renderer-start-pos=\"1880\"><strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">Flexible approval workflow<\/strong>A freely configurable workflow enables invoice approval by all relevant departments. This step ensures transparent checking and final approval of the invoice (included in the Enterprise package).<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p data-renderer-start-pos=\"2138\"><strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">Flexibility in transmission<\/strong>Transmission channels such as email, endpoint or a combination of both can be used. In addition, the transmission of additional attachments, for example PDF proof of performance, is easily possible in the document transmission profile.<\/p><br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Formate\">Formats<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The BC Add-On <strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">eDoc<\/strong> supports a variety of formats that are standardized for electronic invoices in different countries. This ensures flexibility and compatibility with national and international standards:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list ak-ul\">\n<li><p data-renderer-start-pos=\"2644\"><strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">ZUGFeRD (Germany)<\/strong>Combines a PDF document with an integrated invoice file in XML format.<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p data-renderer-start-pos=\"2751\"><strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">XInvoice (Germany)<\/strong>An XML-based data model that has established itself as the standard for electronic invoices in invoice exchange with public clients in Germany.<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p data-renderer-start-pos=\"2751\"><strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">ebInterface (Austria)<\/strong>Enables secure invoice dispatch via a standardized XML format.<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p data-renderer-start-pos=\"3052\"><strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">FatturaPA (Italy)<\/strong>Legal XML format for electronic invoicing via the \"SdI\" system in Italy.<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p data-renderer-start-pos=\"3052\"><strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">KSeF (Poland)<\/strong>An XML-based format for the legally required real-time transmission of invoices to the Polish Ministry of Finance.<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p data-renderer-start-pos=\"3324\"><strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">Factur-X (France)<\/strong>Represents a hybrid invoice format that contains both a PDF file and embedded XML data.<\/p><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The eDoc app is also being continuously developed and expanded to include additional European e-invoice formats in order to offer companies a future-proof solution and meet legal requirements in the long term.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Technische-Details\">Technical details<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The eDoc app consists of two main components: the <strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">Business Central App<\/strong>which is integrated directly into Microsoft Dynamics, and the <strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">RESTful web service<\/strong> of bartolome r\u00f6der AG, which ensures seamless communication and processing of e-invoices. eDoc is integrated into the document transmission profile, which means that communication can take place entirely in the BC standard. A third-party system is not required for eDoc, which means that no further registrations are necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The module can be provided flexibly - both in the <strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">Cloud<\/strong> as well as <strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">On-Premise<\/strong>depending on the requirements and preferences of your company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If desired, eDoc is compatible with NAV version NAV2015 and all BC versions after a downgrade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Preise:\">Prices:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The eDoc app is divided into two basic versions: <strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">Local Modules <\/strong>and <strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">EU Modules<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Product maintenance is included in all packages, an additional enhancement plan is not required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Local-Modules\">Local Modules<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In this version, our eDoc app only supports the national formats <strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">one <\/strong>country of your choice. You can choose between the countries listed above.
