Einen genauen \u00dcberblick, um welche Leistungen es sich handelt, k\u00f6nnen Sie hier abrufen:<br \/>\n<a title=\"Microsoft Support im \u00dcberblick\" href=\"http:\/\/navision-beratung.de\/en\/microsoft-support\/\">Microsoft Support<\/a><br \/>\nGrunds\u00e4tzlich besteht zwar weiterhin Anspruch auf den Extended Support, der jedoch von Microsoft auf Stundenbasis oder pro Anfrage abgerechnet wird. Nicht sicherheitsrelevante Updates sind ebenfalls kostenpflichtig. Dazu muss explizit \u201eExtended Hotfix Support\u201c in Verbindung mit oder zus\u00e4tzlich zu \u201ePremier Support\u201c innerhalb der ersten 90 Tage nach Ablauf der Mainstream Support-Phase beauftragt werden. Die 90-Tage-Anforderung entf\u00e4llt nur, wenn f\u00fcr das fragliche Produkt eine Software Assurance oder ein Business Ready Enhancement Plan besteht.
