The most important features are presented below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Generic mapping and simplified customization<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Flexible mapping:<\/strong> The previous XML ports have been completely removed and replaced by a generic mapping. This allows you to customize the mapping without special technical know-how.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Individual field control:<\/strong> A new feature is the line type-specific field control in the profile lines, which ensures a more precise assignment of document content.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Improved interfaces and extended functions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>REST-API PING function:<\/strong> Simply check the availability of our REST API via a PING call - so you always know whether all systems are running smoothly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Import\/export innovations:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Import of X invoices in UBL format (mapping to CII format for outgoing documents).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Full support for prepayment invoices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Extensions in CodeList and transformation rules<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>New field \"Sub-occupancy type\":<\/strong> Define sub document types in the CodeList that are used on the outbound side to derive the eInvoice code.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Transformation rules:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The new rule \"E_DOCTYPE_OUTB\" differentiates between invoices, partial invoices and prepayment invoices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>With the \"C_ConvertVAT\" rule, 0% is automatically output for acquisition tax.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Other important innovations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Inbound optimizations:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The new field \"External LineID\" distinguishes between an automatically incrementing internal and an external line ID.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bug fixes, such as the correction of a storage process for transformation rules and a fixed field overflow in the OrderRefID.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Advanced features:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Introduction of discount splitting for the correct presentation of surcharges and discounts for different tax rates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The renaming of the \"Service model\" feature to \"Individual fields\" enables the flexible transfer of field content.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Another new feature is the text line export and the integration of an additional event subscriber, which allows attachments to be added to ZUGFeRD documents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You can find a complete overview of the version update here: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link has-vivid-cyan-blue-background-color has-background wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/docs.navision-beratung.de\/eDoc-Module\/Downloads\/downloads\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">eDoc Documentation<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:51px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong data-start=\"2505\" data-end=\"2614\">Would you like to find out more about how you can further improve your processes with our eDoc app?<\/strong><br>Contact us today - we will be happy to advise you personally and help you to fully exploit the potential of the new version!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E-mail: vertrieb@br-ag.com<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tel: +49 89 21111848<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are pleased to present our latest update of the eDoc app. Version 5.7 brings numerous new features and improvements that ensure greater flexibility, user-friendliness and functionality.
