Important information: New pricing structure for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central On-Premise from October 2025
Microsoft has announced a series of price changes for Dynamics 365 Business Central On-Premise, which will come into effect on October 1, 2025 come into force. These adjustments are part of the strategic development towards a consistent cloud-first orientation and also affect existing on-premise license models.
What will change in detail?
Microsoft Enhancement Plan (EP):
From October 1, 2025, the annual maintenance fee for on-premise licenses will be reduced from the current 19 % to 20 % of the license value. This increase applies both to renewals of existing maintenance contracts and to new contracts.
Note: Customers who renew their Enhancement Plan before October 1, 2025 and opt for a three-year contract are guaranteed the current conditions for the entire term of the contract. In the case of multi-year plans, the agreed conditions remain in place for the entire term - however, early termination is excluded.
The Microsoft Enhancement Plan guarantees regular updates of your Dynamics NAV or Business Central solution. This keeps your systems technically up-to-date and protects your investments in the long term.
The prices for on-premises products will be adjusted by approx. 10 % compared to the current conditions as of October 1, 2025. This price increase will take effect for you when you renew your maintenance contract after this date.
