Our add-on partner Infoniqa leads to the January 01, 2025 Price adjustments for existing and new customers. Infoniqa's strategy has always been to adhere to Microsoft's pricing structure and therefore rely more heavily on the subscription model.
Consequently, the following price adjustments will be made as of 01.01.25 effective:

| my-NAPA3 portal price / employee | 10 % |
Furthermore, we would like to point out that Infoniqa is 31.12.2024 the possibility of extending the license (e.g. purchase of additional modules, expansion of the number of employees) of the currently existing On-premise purchase licenses to be discontinued. After this point in time, as with new business, existing business can only be discontinued. Subscription orders are made.
This means that the customer is switched to the subscription model in accordance with the currently valid price list for each extension.
