OPplus-gbedv: New "Extended Asset Accounting" module

The "Extended Asset Accounting" product is based on standard asset accounting. The module has the following functions and applications:

Benefits for system accesses and in general:

• Cash discount on asset purchases
• Pre-assignment of hooks, depreciation up to investment date and retroactive depreciation for subsequent acquisitions (if the acquisition takes place in the same FY and no depreciation postings have yet been made)
• Attachment templates for the automatic creation of attachments for asset acquisitions
• Rounding book values, i.e. adjusting depreciation amounts so that the residual book value is rounded to even amounts
• Activate copying process, transactions are automatically posted to other asset depreciation ledgers

Benefits in the event of disposals:

• Quantities on assets with the option of corresponding partial disposals (via automatically generated new asset)
• Scrapping and sale can be presented separately
• Cancellation of an asset sale simplified, also via credit notes
• Alignment of transaction reversal and asset reversal

Plant reports:

• Inventory list
• Plant CV
• Statement of changes in fixed assets with transfers
• Asset disposals
• Asset additions
• Development of fixed assets
• Investment preview

Furnishings in general:

• Post copies automatically - the items from other depreciation ledgers are no longer placed in ledger sheets, but posted immediately
• Book value for period. Round off depreciation - the residual book value is always rounded to even amounts
• Use hatching - for reports

Installation of system accesses:

• Discount on acquisition costs
• Asset template numbers - Number series for asset templates
• Depreciation to investment date and reversal of depreciation corr. B. Acquisition - Set the fields for subsequent acquisitions

Equipment outlets:

• Asset reversal item no. in sales credit memo - Automatic setting of the field when posting a credit memo in sales
• Fill in tax parameters and complete customer line for reversal

Sales price: automatic generation when an asset retirement is canceled

• Depreciation until investment date on sale: check mark is automatically set for retirement postings
• Transfer sheet template and name for generating partial retirements

The objects for the new module are available in all versions, including the current NAV version 2017. You can also purchase the module at a lower price until 30.06.2017. As always, maintenance is calculated according to the price list.
