Microsoft Teams is a platform that has become indispensable in recent years when it comes to mobile working.
In the Teams Marketplace you will find an app that connects Microsoft Teams with your Business Central system.
You can use this app to access debtors, creditors or other contact data in Teams.
It is also possible to access the interaction history and related documents or to share contact details and a Business Central data record in a conversation.
To share a Business Central record, simply copy the link and paste it into your Teams conversation.
In Business Central, it is possible to send a direct link to Business Central to your team members from most collection and detail pages via the "Share with teams" action.
