Continia | Data Processing Agreement (DPA) | Simplified consent process

If you are using one or more Continia Software solutions, we would like to take this opportunity to inform you about the latest changes to Continia's Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and the process for future changes.

You may have received a message in Business Central since November 2022 that you must accept the new version of the DPA (version 2.1) from Continia, or you may have received a request to sign it in paper form.

Both processes will change in the future.

The future process

To simplify the process of announcing changes to the Data Processing Agreement (DPA), Continia will no longer obtain consent via a notification in Business Central or ask you to print, sign and scan it in paper form.
Instead, Continia will announce changes to the order processing contract on the website (www.continia.com) and by e-mail.
