All process steps are processed in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and support NAV versions from 3.70 or higher. This solution can be set up and used within a few days. Regular updates are of course provided. Version 4.06 is currently available for "Continia - Document Capture".
The most important changes in the new version are summarized below:
Query for changed master templates or template fields whether the same value should be updated and applied to all templates and documents.
- Scanned files now directly in PDF and TIFF format.
- Batch registration of documents no longer possible after warning. Registration only possible one-by-one to ensure that warnings are seen by the user.
- Cloud OCR can now be used with a local scanner that is controlled from Dynamics NAV, instead of only with OCR OnPremise as before.
