• 5% of the number of hours of the first order if the new customer is already a NAV user (partner change) or only orders services.
• 8% of the number of hours of the first order if the customer switches from a third-party system to NAV or introduces NAV for the first time (first-time NAV license purchase)

The scope of hours includes consulting and programming services related to the implementation of a project (design, setup, customizing, adaptation and migration). Functional tests, training and travel times are excluded. Extensions and change requests that arise during the course of the project are not included in the initial order.
