Arbejdet p\u00e5 projekter kan registreres i de s\u00e5kaldte \"timesheets\".<br>\nFor at kunne bruge timesedler, som kan sammenlignes med timesedler, skal du f\u00f8rst definere en administrator og en timeseddelgodkender. For at g\u00f8re dette skal du blot indtaste den relevante ressource, dvs. medarbejderen i din virksomhed.<br>\nAfh\u00e6ngigt af kravene i din organisation kan du specificere:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>En eller flere brugere som timeseddeladministrator og godkender af alle timesedler.<\/li>\n<li>En godkender af timesedler for hver ressource.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Hvis du vil oprette timesedler for en bestemt periode (f.eks. en m\u00e5ned), kan du bruge batchbehandlingen \"<strong>Opret timesedler\"<\/strong>&nbsp;for at oprette de ugentlige timesedler for alle relevante ressourcer (du angiver hvilke p\u00e5 forh\u00e5nd). N\u00e5r en timeseddel er oprettet, kan ejeren af timesedlen \u00e5bne den og bekr\u00e6fte den tid, der kr\u00e6ves til en opgave. Baseret p\u00e5 ressourceallokeringen i projektet ser den respektive timesedelejer kun de projektopgaver, der er tildelt dem.<\/p>\n<p>Ejeren af timesedlen indtaster arbejdsbyrden for den respektive projektopgave p\u00e5 pr\u00e6stationsdagen og klikker p\u00e5 \"Send\". Dermed overf\u00f8res arbejdet til den, der godkender timesedlen.
