For at forhindre, at en af vores kunders medarbejdere kan oprette (betalbare) tickets, er der en kontrol- og godkendelsesproces, hvor den rapporterende parts e-mailadresse kontrolleres i forhold til kundens gemte (godkendte) e-mailadresser.<\/p>\n<p>Ticketsystemet bruges til at dokumentere supportsager og til at overv\u00e5ge eventuelle aftalte serviceniveauer. Vi vil derfor gerne opfordre dig til at bruge dette system og til at sende os flere henvendelser p\u00e5 denne m\u00e5de.<\/p>\n<p>Selvom vi fortsat tilbyder en telefonisk hotline, beder vi dig om at undlade at sende e-mails direkte til vores konsulenter og supportmedarbejdere og i stedet bruge billetsystemet.
